LNC Coaching was founded in 2007 by Luz Canino-Baker. In her own career there were always opportunities for growth. She considered herself blessed and successful, but ceased every opportunity to learn more. The spark to build a new business was ignited when she was trained as a Transformational Coach by VSA Consulting in 2002, where she had the opportunity to coach Executives in the Banking field - individually, and as a group. The training provided Luz with the tools to create coaching programs that ultimately helped so many people over the years complete major milestones in their lives from decisions to go to Medical School, opportunities to seek a higher education and career changes, to significantly enhancing their management skills and focus on real-life priorities. This continued growth opened doors and increased Luz's own potential and gave her the idea to open LNC Coaching. Luz believed that success is about constant growth and changes. "Successful individuals need a Coach to help them as the road ahead of them provides more opportunity and so many decisions that can lead to major changes in their lives."

The mission of LNC Coaching is to help people leave a legacy of their hard work through constant growth and education around their current and future success -building toward the statement "Achieving a Successful Life". Our mission, though complex, is connected in a series of short sessions that allow you to build on your current stories for better practice and understanding. In so many ways, you are the author of your success, but even the author gets writers block. The idea is to allow your passion to motivate you during the tough times, the one factor in your life that pushes you ahead of others and keeps you there.
