Cultural Competency with a Latino Immersion is designed to help the management team know and understand their Latino employees, Latino Vendors, and their Latino Customers. This program will explore how Latino Americans who have a unique dual culture can be best reached through strategies, words, and images. It offers management a new lens on how to engage and draw out the best of their bicultural employee. This program is two-half day sessions.
